Beth Driscoll


A food safety and public health professional with extensive experience in food manufacturing, distribution, and retail sectors, Beth is a Certified Public Health Inspector, a Certified HACCP Auditor and a Project Management Professional.

She has conducted over 350 audits from farm audits to distribution centres, focusing on bakeries and federally registered meat facilities, and over 50 training sessions in the areas of prerequisite programs, HACCP plan development, HACCP plan validation and verification, internal auditing.
